Default Nutrional info -

Hello all,

I went to a restaurant today and had steak au poivre - does anyone know where I can get nutritional info on sauces and such?

Fit day did not have it, and I looked on the web for recipes of steak au poivre that contained nutritional info and could find none = can anyone help?

Thanks!

CLaudia

I imagine, if it is a standard recipe, that you only have to count the cream and the cognac, or whatever alcohol they used.
If they used shallots, you can estimate the amount, or use about 2-3 carbs for them. You probably ate only about 4-5 carbs?

On some dishes you have to "take the dish apart" and than estimate how much of this, how much of that and than figure the carb count. Since I am not familiar with recipe I cannot be certain with carb counts but I would go with 5.
