My Crispy Chicken Finger Breading
I made my own breading for chicken fingers:
2 TBS parmesan cheese
2 TBS chopped walnuts/almonds, pecans or walnuts
2 TBS Low Carb Bread crumbs (I make my own by drying low carb bread)
Mix together
Season CF's then dip in cream then roll in crumbs, saute in butter til cooked through. Next time I'm going to try making honey mustard with the new low carb honey and mustard
