Default I Am Tired Really Tired

I AM ANDREINA

I am 23 now. since i was a little girl i was taller and bigger than the other gorls. The reason is that in my country Venezuela people is not very big, and by the way many people is very beautiful. Beauty here is very important, women are dreaming since they are little to be in the miss Venezuela peageant. we all do. i am not very tall i am 5'4'' but in my country i am tall enough.

I have lost over the years with my common sense about 25pounds. i weight 180 right now, since like 4 years ago, it has been 7 years of no red meats, no rice or major carbs as pasta, lots of salad,5 years of one meal a day, 2 years of exercise, and i look like a nice chubby girl, I AM TIRED . I decided this week that i will combine the use of XENADRINE EFX with a more restricted diet and excercise, but i was wondering if any of you has used this product. and if any of you can give me any advice. IAM TIRED really tired, please somebody.
I ask you that have already reached the goal and now what is like to be here and be there.

Andreina

Exclamation No surprise that you're tired!

Wait a minute,

Before you start what doesn't sound like a very healthy idea to me, why don't you get a hold of one of the LC books and read up on the science behind the plans?

One meal a day is not a good idea - there are many ways that are better, less painful, and more effective for improving your health and dropping the weight. Your eating habits are most likely what is causing your tiredness. Restricting your food even more is not likely to help.

Look around this forum, it has a lot of good information about how to lose weight without damaging your body.

Read, read, read! And keep in touch on the forum. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here who will be happy to help you find your way to a healthy way of eating.

Best of luck!

Default Hello Andreina and welcome

You really need to make some decisions at this point. Number one I agree with catspaw that you are not eating enough. I believe the best thing for you to do is look to the top right and pick a plan. Read through all of them and pick which one you think suits you best. If you find a plan you like, then go to find the book. If you don't have it in Venezuela look in www.amazon.com and they have the books there. I lived in greece for a year and Italy for a month. I know the labels over there may not be the same as here. You can also go under the search option on the top right of the page and type in your country and see if anyone else is here from your country or town. You have made one good choice so far, you came here. You are a young woman and should be full of energy, you need to balance your food out and get on track and you should be fine.
