That was the first time I ever had the mock danish and I was very pleasantly surprised. I made it and threw in 2 tblsp sugar free strawberry jelly on top before I nuked it. It was wonderful! Closest to a real danish I'll get for awhile! I'm ready to try the one with cinnamon in it, too!

Default first time here

Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled with bacon and a 1tbls of green onions, coffee (12/and 1/2) and cream
Lunch - cellery with garlic cream cheeese, cheddar cheese and pepperoni sticks, lots of water and a tea with cream
Supper- corn beef and cabbage. I cooked it in the crockpot over night. cornbeef, cabbage, and turnip, (carrots for the others in the family) I smoothered it in butter and OOOOOOhhhhhh, I will be making that again.
It's so easy and my husband just loved it. But then he says "Jo-Ann I don't have to worry about not being feed well in this house." A man that appreciates a good meal and tells you. Got to like that.
