Default Weight & Inches lost???

Could someone PLEASE let me know how it is possible to loose inches and not weight?? Trying to explain to a disbelieving DH!!

If you are exercising a building muscle as the layer of fat decreases over the muscle you get "thinner" but the muscle weighs more than fat so you don't lose in numbers

If you arn't exercising then I reckon its because of the Troll Gods

It is very possible. Sometimes you won't lose but you will be losing inches. It's a good idea to measure before you start the diet.
