Need a good low carb cake recipe ASAP!!

Hi all,

My son's birthday is on March 8 and he will be 16. He is watching his carbs as well and doesnt want a cake unless it's "low carb." Does anyone have an easy cake recipe (preferably chocolate) that is Atkins friendly? Something with ingredients that are easy to find?

CarbSense minicarb also has a prett good chocolate cake mix if you're looking for the easy way. I just put a cocoa cream cheese frosting on top. It tastes like normal cake and is sugar alcohol free.
