Are you just using a pair of test pants or are you measuring all over?
Quick! Take out the tape measure and measure everything you can think of that you want to shrink. (no, not that! )
Check every week or two and see what's been changing!
I've been measuring chest, waist, hips, upper thigh, knee, calf, ankle, upper arm, and wrist.
Every week on Sunday or Monday I update my measurements etc. in my journal. Something always changes!
