Question Flax Seed oil and bloating?

I have been having some trouble...you know, keeping my business moving, so I went out and got some flax seed oil capsules. I took them today for the first time and I feel horribly bloated and gassy (though they have achieved the desired effect).

I took one this morning after breakfast with an Atkins Basic #3, 2 fiber/Psyllium Husk pills, and Vitamin E. Has anyone else had a bloating problem with this? Or do you think it is a combination of the things I am taking... or am I just the victim of coincidence?

Thanks!!!!!

I had to stop taking my flax sead oil for the same reasons. To much tummy trouble for me.
I had horrible stomach aches every time I took it within 20 mins. I am curious if there are any others out there having the same problem too.
If so what are you doing to get your omega 3-6 and 9's??

Read Protien Power. They talk about Flax seed oil and a certain acid found in it that some people are sensative too. If you are sensative to that, then you may also have problems with egg yolks and a few other things that oculd be hindering your weight loss.
