Exclamation would shift work affect this plan

I actually have two questions.
1. I work 2 12-hour days then 2 12-hour mids then I have 4 days off. I sleep late on my days off and hardly have time for two meals a day. On shiftwork I snack 3 times but only eat one or two meals. Would this slow down my weightloss progress?
2. I am not losing weight or inches anymore. I think I have become too addicted to the sugarfree lc chocolate. If I am to just give up the lc choc and start induction over do I need to do anything else to boost me back into gear? I am also extremely tired. I exercise but I haven't had the energy in the past two days.

You could start induction over again if you think you knocked yourself out of ketosis, but if it is just because you stalled I wouldn't. A LOT of people stall shortly out of induction! I am one of them, it was about 4 weeks before I started moving again.

Keep in mind that a lot of people also stall with the lc chocolates, I would just cut them out and see if that gets things started once again.

As of the shift work, I am not sure, but it seem to me if you keep you carbs in count than it shouldn't matter. You are not working nights, a full days food should still work out the same.

Enjoy the 4 days off!!!! Doesn't seem like a bad trade off.
