Question Listing Carbolite Bars

Does anyone list Carbolite bars on there Fitday log? Just curious how to do it. There isn't a palce for the the Sugar Alc's and if I try to just list the total carbs and the effective carbs, it won't let me save the custom item. I can do the 25 total carbs, but that will WAY skew my logs....

Suggstions?

That is a good question! I eat them occasionally, too.

You can put in the sugar alcohols as fiber. That should work and you can deduct them at the end. Fool around with the calorie values if it doesn't input correctly.

good idea skimato, I thought of that too. However I don't want to skew my Fiber readings, at least not right now, beacuse I want to track my consumption of that. I guess I could fudge the calories around. I emailed Fitday to see if they would be willing to add or change anything. Guess we will see what they say and go from there.

In fitday you add them in the "alcohol" box, just below protein, while entering it as a custom food
