Default Which is better?

Philadelphia soft cheese on Carr water biscuits or a Cadbury's Twirl?

Or a handful of peanuts or an apple?

Is it just a lesser of two evils??

For instance, a peanut is a legume and not actually a nut!
And is soft cheese really the same as cream cheese...

The more you look the more pedantic it gets.

Strickly speaking, the soft cream cheese is good, but not the biscuits. Have no idea what a Cadbury's Twirl is? But it doesn't sound like something you should have.

The peanuts are the far better of the two of the second evil. Even though they are a legume the carb count is lower than an apple.

You could put the cream cheese on some cerely? As far as I know there is no difference carb wise between the soft and plain cream cheese.

Try viewing it as;"What provides my body with the most useable components?" Look at the nutritional breakdown. The water biscuits are just about useless to your body. No protein or fiber to mention. We don't have Cadbury Twirls but I know Cadbury as a chocolate manufacturer. Do the twirls have sugar, white flour and other useless carbs? Go for the quality carbs your body can use like those in whole grains and veggies. Peanut butter (the lower the added sugar the better) or cream cheese on celery is yummy.

nothing wrong with the apple and peanuts together(i love apple w/peanutbutter for a snack) just add up those carbs!!! (probably not for induction btw)

i also agree with the cream cheese and peanutbutter on celery (not together...) another one of my favorite snacks!!
