my fiancee and I do this one side excersise, they don't have the machine for it at my YMCA, but they have them at the pro club, but I have seen them at other places too. It's a machine that makes you sit down and you wrap your arms behind this bar, sort of behind you, and you twist to the right and do all your sets and reps. Then you take the bar behind you and adjust it so you can twist to the left. I don't know what it is called, but it works out your sides, and it really works.
I am sure that there are free weights you can do too, but this machine is the only thing that works for me.
