Default Ladies - TOM question

I think I'm going to roll up in a ball and die... This is my second period since starting this WOE. I had a baby in December and started LC'ing in January. This is absolutely by far the most painful period I've ever had. I thought since I was working out and exercising that the muscles would be stretching and worked so things wouldn't hurt so much. My back aches, and I just wish the front half woud disappear. Has anyone else had this type of problem while LC'ing? I didn't have this kind of pain before, so not sure what's up. I just wanted to rule out my diet and lifestyle before I just chalked it up to bad genes and popped some midol. Thanks

Cori, I would guess that a painful period would not be related to your WOE. I have always had VERY painful and heavy periods, but I have Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. I have also had at least one small fibroid tumor. I would definitely call your Dr. and discuss the pain with them. It could be a random fluke (maybe your body is still recovering from childbirth), but it could be something else. I'd have it checked-out--just to be safe and to know for sure what is causing it.

Hope you feel better, soon,
Kirsten

It will get better...my first few were nightmares...now I rarely get cramping and most of my PMS symptoms are mild where before they were pretty strong. I am now regular for the first time in my adult life...28/29 day cycle. About Month 4 was when I noticed a change...after 25 lb loss too.
