Hi! I am Bob from Missouri. A first timer on the Atkins. I have been on the diet for a week and a half and have lost 11 pounds. I hope to lose alot more. I am still searching for different ways to make things so I don't have the same foods over and over. I hope to get some support (and recipes!!!) from some of you. Good luck to all!!!!!

Welcome to the forum.
You'll find loads of recipes in the recipe section of the forum. Everything from main entrees to desserts to breakfasts to snacks. There's some great stuff there.
Congrats on your loss so far! 11 pounds is awesome.
Also, it's helpful to check out the Countdowns, Buddies & Challenges section. You can always find a group that fits your interests to buddy up with for support and encouragement and laughs.

Bob-
my hubby is not LC-ing w/ me(his metabolism is like a race horse-hate him!)
But I have found it a short period of time alot of ways to prepare our dinners,we also have 4 kids to satisfying so I found little tricks like using crushed pork rinds and 100% parmesan cheese as a "breading" on chicken-pork chops etc... and it is really good.I also found layering foods helps-like grilling a sirloin burger(use good ground sirloin)layer w/mushrooms sauteed in butter of course w/onions-then a layer of tomato fresh of course-then some spinach and of course being from WI , top it w/ CHEESE-It tastes great and takes about 10 min to prep. so good luck and look on the site for lots of other ideas there are tons.
