I am so very pleased. I lost 3 pounds while visiting my family over the holidays, stayed lc the whole time--no cheats at all-- AND I got my dad onto Atkins. Man, this is great.

I managed to get Internet access while away, and posted my food every day. This forum helps me so much. I post, I read, I keep my journal current, and sometimes people pop in to visit. I haven't been very good at popping in to others' journals in the last month, but do hereby solomnly swear to get back to it in the coming days.
