I got an email from Low-Carber saying that someone had tried to send me a personal message but that my inbox was full...How do we get to this "Inbox"...Anyone know?

I believe you need to have a 25 or higher post count before you can use the PM system, so maybe the system thinks your inbox is full because you aren't allowed ANY yet.

Hit on profile at the top of this page and scan across and you'll see private messages there.. Hit on it and it will open all your messages up.. Then hit on delete and it will empty it..

Yep, joanne42 is right...that's just how you do it. But MetilHed is also right, so you'll have to wait until the day after your 25th post to use the PM feature.
