Atkins and Paxil/ Prozac

Hi there.
I"m brand new to this site and have been on the Atkins for around 4 weeks. Not having much success and have lost only 2/3 pounds in this time. I've been on Paxil for the past few years but my doctor has decided today to change from this to Prozac as I have no energy and am still depressed and sluggish Any of you know if Prozac will be the same + the weight gain or weight loss????? How do these so called wonder drugs work with the no carbs?
