Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of pop I could drink? I know that Aspartame is bad and slows down the process of loosing weight. I'm not a Pop junkie but once in a while, it would be good

It depends on the person and their views on aspartame, but I think a little is not harmful . I probably have one every couple of days and it hasn't affected my weight loss.

There are also some diet sodas made with Splenda. They are hard to find in Ottawa, but I found that the Cream Soda Crush has it. I found this at the A&P in the Heron Gate Mall, but I'm sure that it can be found elsewhere.

Try Diet Rite Cola. No caffine and it uses Splenda. It actually is pretty good, it reminds me more of Coke than Diet Coke.
