Question Quick and Easy packable lunches?

I'm looking for some ideas for quick and easy packable low carb lunches. I've recently joined a gym and i work out at lunch time and there isn't much time to go home and make lunch so...............I need to bring my lunch in the morning. Does anyone out in "low carb" land have any ideas for me to try.

I know one idea is to bring leftovers from the night before.......but in my household there is no leftovers.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

On of my favorites is to take a cheesburger wrapped in a nappa cabbage leaf and pack that in a tupper wear container. By the time lunch comes around the juices from the hamburger have slightly soake dinto the wrap and it tastes great.

1. String cheese
2. Tuna or chicken salad (if you have storebought mayo they can survive at room temp until lunch)
3. Make a quiche in single serving muffin cups
4. Take a salad, a small container of dressing and a fork

Great Ideas. Thanks. Sometimes I get lazy and don't want to do more than I have to in the morning. But if I skip a meal and don't eat - it will be a disaster

My fave easy meal is to take frozen broc/caul and fajita steak slices, heat it up in the microwave, and then add some bleu cheese to it. Soooo good. A lot of flavor, and a really easy meal. If I'm really hungry, I put a lot of the veggies and meat in a gladware bowl and keep it near my desk- I eat the majority at lunch and then eat again for a snack later. It is one of the best tasting meals for me!

I've found those little Buddig deli packaged meats that are like 30 cents each are a great snack at work or to just add to some lettuce and dressing. I just get the ones that don't have a lot of sugar added.
