Talking Easy Cream of Chicken Soup

I found this on another site, not sure who wrote it, my mom loves it.

1 chicken boulion cube disloved in hot water
2 tblsp of heavy cream (whipping cream)
2 tblsp of finely chopped chicken (optional)

Stir and enjoy.

this sounds great-yummm!! How much water do you use to dissolve the cube? How much does this recipe make, in the end? Thanks!

The cube I use is for 8 oz of water, so the directions are for one cup. If you are making it with a cube that makes two cups then double the cream and chicken and share with a friend. It's good enough to share with out explaining that it is low carb.

i make this but i do not add onion. i like it. though i have treid it both. onions for me have messed my stomach. sue
