Hi Dana

It is always frustrating when the scales do not move and after 8 months I am sure you are getting fed up.

I need to ask some basic questions first.
How many carbs do you tend to eat each day?
How many calories do you eat?
What sort of lifestyle do you have?
Do you exercise regularly?
Have you ever used Fitday to keep track of your food intake?

No answers yet I'm afraid.

What are your menus like? You might have high insulin levels that prevent weight loss. Consider doing CAD for three weeks to see if that's the problem. CAD regulates insulin levels. There's information on it at the CAD/CALP forum on the board here as well as a "Cheat Sheet" that can get you started.

Good luck.
