Default question about fitday.com

Hey all,

I'm a chicken leg now! Great! er..what's a chicken leg???

Anyway, I went over to fitday-thought keeping track sounded like a great idea, BUT, being the computer illiterate that I am, I can't figure out how to use it! I make most of my food, so how do I enter it? It seems you have to have something prepackaged, etc. I'm totally lost, any brainiacs out there?? Thanks, Tina

Hi Tina, Check out this forum. The very first sticky thread is all about how to use fitday. It's really a great tool so worth learning to use.

To find out what a chicken leg or any of the other symbols mean, just click on them. A new window will open and explain how many posts each means.

The only things that aren't on the chart are:
lobsters =2500
buffalo = 7500
and who knows what will follow that. Dinosaurs perhaps.

Thanks all, I went to the thread Diemde, and learned enough that I decided it was too complicated and would take way too much time-for now. Maybe later. Thanks anyway. Tina
