Default can diet rite rasberrywh grape = how many carbs

Hi all...

I did read some posts about Diet Rite sodas but couldn't find anything pertaining to this.

I know that you would count one Splenda packet as a carb in your daily totals. But I drink a diet rite (either rasberry or white grape) just about every day and I don't know how to count them. I usually just use a carb to be on the safe side.

Also I was reading the ingredients and they are sweetened with a combination of Splenda and Sunsett.

How the heck would I figure out how many carbs I'm supposed to count one of these as? Or would it be truly 0?

Thanks!
Meagan

Well... it's always good to count a carb for something sweet (just so you don't go overboard with the "free" sweets) but I do believe that these are literally 0g carb. Both sweeteners in liquid form with no fillers yeild 0 carbs.
