Talking 10th day on Induction and Losing!

I am so excited I can't stand it! I started Atkins on 4/15 and didn't weigh myself before I started. However, I was weighed on the evening of 4/18 (at my TOPS group that I rejoined that night).

Anyway, I had my weigh in tonight and I lost 7.75 lbs in 7 days! YAY!!! I know it's probably all water weight, but I don't care. I am on cloud nine. Atkins is working for me!!!!
I had to chuckle when I stepped on the scale and the weight recorder kept sliding the weigher thingy further and further down the scale and says, "Did you eat this week?"

Of course a few of the ladies in the group don't believe in Atkins, but I do and that's what matters!

Hope everyone is having a good week too!!!!!

Rock on!

Default Woo Hoo!

I agree...congratulations! I'm on the 14th day of Induction and have lost about 10 lbs. I'm a bit of a cheater when it comes to the scale. I know I'm not suppose to weigh myself until Sunday, but I weighed myself today and like you, I've been successful and know that it is most likely water weight. But it is a wonderful feeling to know that it's melting off...so keep up the good work!
