Talking Flavored pork rinds

Stopped at the Exxon Speed Stop this morning and they have lime/chili pork rinds, salt/vinegar pork rinds and several varieties of hot chili ones. Made by Turkey Creek Snacks.

I like the Barbecue flavour .. but do take care to read the ingredients label .. Some of the flavours have dextrose or starch added. Not a huge amount, but might be a problem during Induction or early phases of your low-carb program.

Thanks for the info. I hadn't thought to check that - I'm new to this and learning "hourly"! Fortunately the salt/vinegar has neither - I will check the others when I get home.
