Question olive oil / butter / mayo

Hello everyone
Lately, I've been using tons of mayo (Kraft) to increase my fat-intake. Sometimes as much as 3 heaps tablespoons a day.
I understand that it's best to use oilve oil & butter to increase your fat-intake. How about mayo? Is mayo not the best choice of fat?
I ask because I don't like olive oil & I can't eat that much butter
Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

regards,
Bebe

I went through a phase where I worried that I was having too much mayonnaise and cut it out for a week, substituting extra virgin olive oil - did not like it, but it made no difference. I went back to mayonnaise and am happy with that.

I don't think there is a difficulty with the fat in mayonnaise, its just making sure it has not had sugar added. My Hellman's has 1.3 g per 100g. They also do an olive oil based mayonnaise, so you could always look for that.

I don't think that you need to worry. Just keep eating it. I love it.

Thanks Ann!
I love mayo, too.
In HK, Hellman is 2.2 x the price of Kraft. I check their ingredients & nutrition info, they're about the same. Plus it's really hard to get Hellman. I was buying it but now I've switched to Kraft. I like the taste of Kraft better
See u soon
