Question L Carnitine or Hydroxycut? Or both?

Hi there everyone, first i just wanted to say thanks for giving such good information and advice! Its really helped me learn and keep me motivated. Now for my question: I want to add a supplement and I have heard good things about L carnitine and Hydroxycut, I know they are both very different types of supplements, but would you recommend one over the other, or would it be beneficial (or harmful) for me to take both? Thanks for your input!

yes i have read that one already, and seen some good info about hydroxycut, however none about L carnitine, or using them together.

Bebe, I'm pretty sure the US formula of Hydroxycut has L-carnitine in it.

Yes, Hydroxycut has 100mg of L-carnitine per serving, and you may have up to 3 servings of Hcut per day. If you are planning to have more of L-carnitine, you'd have to supplement separately (Atkins in DANDR recommends 500mg of L-carnitine 3 times daily, increasing up to 5000mg if needed).
