Lusana, a couple of questions:
What time of day do you measure your body fat %? My scale says evening is the best time to measure and I find my % is lowest then.
Do you exercise, particulary muscle building exercise? The percentage of your weight that is not fat is basically muscle, water and organs. Muscle is the one thing we have the most controll over there.
How often are you checking? I just recently bought a scale the measures body fat, I am going to try and check monthly just before or after my period because that's another thing that can effect your percentage is where you are in your cycle.
