I haven't tried the Kavli, but I do buy Finn Crisp at Save-on-Foods. They are so good. I think they're pretty similar to the Kavli, and great to have for tuna, egg salad, etc.
The breakdown is:
(per 3 crisps)
calories - 240
protein - 2.1 g
carbs - 11.4 g
fiber - 3 g
So that works out to around 8.5 g carbs for 3 crisps. I usually only eat 2 at a time, though, so it's a little less. These are great for a snack with some cream cheese and salsa spread over top . Good for a treat once in a while.
