How fast is too fast?
I was feeling really good this morning about my last two weeks. I lost 13 pounds. I was talking with my husband over llunch and told him how much I lost. He got worried that it is too fast and that i might be hurting myself. So now my baloons deflated and I am worried too. I'm doing 2000 calories a day, all my water, and all my supplements. Plenty of rest (not exercising yet). Is this too fast? Or will it slow down now? What are other peoples experiences? I want to keep things on track over the next two weeks, any advice would be appreciated.
