Default Mission Flour Tortillas

The cafe where I work now has 10" Mission Flour Tortilla's in a lower carb version. The carbs are 30 g total with 20 g of fiber. They're quite tasty. I went out to the Mission web site, but they are not listed. So, I sent them an e-mail asking when they would be available in grocery stores.

I also noticed after submitting the e-mail question that the Mission site suddenly presented me with a survey question.

"Would you be interested in buying a low carb tortilla". Results show over 60% saying yes!

Sure would like to find these in the stores soon!

Dan

The tortillas are quite good and they are only 7g net carbs! They taste pretty much like real flour tortillas; I like them a lot better than La Tortilla Factory tortillas.

We buy these here in eastern nebraska. They are pretty good but my hubby likes the mama lupe brand the best!!!(and he practically hates everything "low carb") I do think they taste pretty much like the real deal and even better heated up. Definatley will become a regular fridge item for me!

I bought some tonite at Publix... they have them burrito size (very big) and fajita size. They come in white flour or wheat... I bought whole wheat fajita size... only 4 net carbs.

I will report back on how they taste once I get a chance to try them out. Might have to make a ham & cheese breakfast quesadilla or something.
