12 lbs gone since starting back on 11/19.

One more big holiday to go. The big X-mas. I have survivied the work place food deamons. Have not cheated at work, not once. Oh well, I did have sugar coated cashew nuts. Only 6-7! (ha)

One month and 12 lbs. I am so happy. I'm feeling like a superstar. Thank all of you for all the wonderful advice and suggestions. I don't post often, but I read the forum everyday.

I lost 20 lbs in the early part of the year and slipped off the WOE. I was still watching sugars and flour. I gained only 6lbs back. But, I'm back on a feeling good. Lost that 6 and 6 more. Thanks again!!
