Smile Chicken wings?

Hi there,
As long as they are not breaded, I think you are O.K. I love the buffalo wings from Pizza Hut. It's what I eat when I order the kid's pizza. Then I make myself a salad and I'm good to go. Victoria

These two sites give carb counts on fast food restaurant food. The wings at Pizza hut are '0' for the mild, and a carb each for the hot.

Eat the skin provided it's not breaded. If you are making your own at home just deep fry them as is, then toss them in a mixture of melted butter and your favourite hot sauce.

Talking Thank you!

Thank you LC Sponge!
You are so helpful. I am glad to know the Pizza Hut mild wings are no carbs. I like to get them when I order pizza for the kids...that way I am satisfied and not tempted with the pizza.

I checked out the two sites your listed. I love the fatchicks site. I love the name! But I was frustrated as I read their bio's and a few of their journal entries. I wanted to reach thru the computer screen and tell them about low carbing. There is so much failure and shame out there because people are trying to lose weight the conventional way of low fat dieting. I want to shout it from the housetops that there is a way that works! I even registered on their forum just so I could response to one gal who seemed to need answers. Their forum is set up similar to ours, but with all types of dieting happening.

Again, thank you for sharing your info. That is why this forum is so successful, because of people like you who take the time to help people with questions. Victoria

Default Dominos Pizza Wings?

Good to know that about the wings. My son, manages a Dominos, here in Texas and I will be hitting up for some wings without the sauce. I really like them plain, better than that hot sauce they usually use on them, anyway!

Wings will be a good change from plain old MEAT!!!!!!!!!! LOL
