Is slimline Tonic ok to drink with Gin.

saw the heading of your post and had to drop in as i love the stuff. The answer to your question is yes its fine to drink as it contains no carbs but i do find that personally alcohol slows my weight loss down and if i have alcohol i don't loose that week.

However, i know thats not the case for everyone.. If you really want a gin and tonic i say have one, i know what a pull gin can have on us mere mortals so go ahead and enjoy just check the label beofre you buy but schweppes i know is ok
