Default Pre cooked bacon

I'm in induction and I just noticed that the pre-cooked bacon I buy has some sugar in it, but the label's carb content says .7g of carbs per 25g, that makes .126 g per bacon strips. Which is very low.

So should I stopped eating that brand of bacon (and resort to, gasp, cooking my own) on account of the sugar even though there can't be that much since that carb content is so low?

I have a similar question about mayo, I buy Hellman but the label says it has sugar in it, does it matter if it's very low?

I think it's fine, really. Some fods are manufactured with small amounts of sugars in them, and frankly, the bacon could have even gotten away with listing it as zero according to what I know of labelling laws.

Real mayo has 1 gram of carbs per serving, occasionaly 2. Find the lowest number and enjoy! (and yes, it'll likely list SOME form of sugar, but look for the ones with it listed farthest down on the ingredient list...the farther to the end, the less is in there)

You should just make your bacon, cheaper and no question about carbs, and it only takes 2 min to make! Also there no escaping carb free mayo since its made with eggs
