Default Should I go back to eating Bars?

I used to always eat bars (1 a day) and sf chocolate everyday.
I stopped because i thought i had a stall. I went on induction for about 3 weeks now and its been great. I broke my stall and i felt better
But my calorie intake is way too high and everything leaves me craving other things.
Bars help control my appetite and dont have that much calories (about 240)
I not only eat the atkins advantage bars, i used to also eat myoplex carb sense and Doctor's carb rite and carb solutions
Should I go back to eating LC bars? Im just worried about my calorie and carb intake

I would advise you to leave the bars alone. You are young and need real food. Don't start depending on these bars as a weight loss tool. Use this opportunity to develop healthy eating habits. Dallasalis

I think you would be better off to just really give the real food, a "good shot". And by that I mean 2-3 weeks, not just a few days, then jump to something else, thinking it's not working.

Especially more veggies, think we talked about this before............... You are to young, (I know you don't want to hear that) to be messing around with your body, just follow the plan on real food, eating enough to satify you, doing that should prevent little episodes, like with the pound of nuts, you told us about the other day

Just get determined and stick with it. You'll start seeing results, but remember, it's not going to happen overnight, have patience.

Good Luck Kathy
