Anyone breastfeeding while doing low carb? I'm wondering if it changes the breastmilk. Maybe I should do something more like the Zone that isn't as restricting as Atkins? Any advice???

Sommersizing would be a good possibility and a bit easier to follow than the Zone. I am reading her second book now and there is a testimonial from a follower who lost weight while pregnant. Ketosis is not advised for women who are breastfeeding. Just cleaning your diet of all refined foods, sugar and alcohol will set the foundation for low-carbing when you have finished breastfeeding.
