It's me, I'm here ... not MIA or AWOL!

Just so y'all know, I started off last week with a bad flare of my fibromyalgia -- rapidly changing weather patterns are a trigger for me; the record-breaking heat wave has been kinda rough. Anyway, I decided to take "a few days off" for good behaviour ... .. Not that I could stay totally away from my friends here at Active Lowcarber, I love you all too much! (and I did feel compelled to jump in and post a couple of times .. ) .. I just figured with it being a holiday week, things would be quiet and I wouldn't be missed ... Aaacckk.. My Inbox runneth over with get well wishes and Where Are You?'s

I'm moved and touched by your caring concern, and well-wishes. Thankyou so much to all ... and I promise from now on, if I'm going to be away for a bit ... I'll post advance notice ... Now, I must get busy here, there's lots of reading and posting to do!!

Thank goodness..I'll call off the search party!!! Happy Canada Day to you TOO....weird we went from the Sauna Weather to "I'm looking for my jeans and jacket weather this morning".

Ya got me forehead kinda rippled up fa a while there..thawt ya been busy but it almost ripped me heart to know the fibromyalgia got to ya. Hope ya gettin better..do take good care
