Question Sugar Free Hot Chocolate
Hi everyone! Been awhile since I posted Does anyone have any recipes for hot chocolate that is sugar free? My 7 year old daughter is a diabetic and absolutely LOVES hot chocolate and they discontinued the Weight Watchers Sugar Free Cocoa here in Canada!! Help!!!! I would greatly appreciate it!

cocoa, Splenda and heavy cream makes a pretty nice drink
I make it (per mug) one heaped teaspoon cocoa, 1 little packet of Splenda (about half a level teaspoon), 1/4 heavy cream and the rest water. I microwave mine, best done in a jug, then poured into the mug - doing it the mug results in it boiling over sometimes - big mess!
Tastes vary though, so experimentation is the key

Carnation makes a great sugar free cocoa with only 5 carbs in it. My son also has to eat a very low carb diet due to blood sugar problems. This is one of his favorite "treats."
