Default Go with the flow

Instead of adhering to my mechanically planned meals, which went like eat at 9-12-15-18-21-24 hrs and eat about 300 kcal for each meal.. I'm going with the flow so to say.
Actually it's plain stupid to plan like I did.. instead I'm going to eat as was suggested here:
http://www.drsquat.com/index.cfm?ac...le&articleID=12

Eat more prior to workouts (about 1 hr in advance) and less when you're not going to do much else than being a couch potato or computer geek..

I have also quit doing cardio on an empty stomach.. perhaps there will be less fat burnt as a % and more protein used for it.. but I had a tremendous after-burn!!! Actually several of them as I cycled to/from the gym (50 mins each, it's a longer and nicer route now), a work out and a spinning lesson that I could do at a high level.. all thanks to the mini-carbup and because of eating more prior to the workout..
