Arrow Real Life easy fixes

I am sorry if this is redundent, but I am looking for real life easy fixes... I don't mean from my diet, I mean for my diet. I miss grabbing a quick breakfast (read breakfast bar), and easy lunch (read fastfood). I was looking into the idea of protien shakes, as a meal replacement (like 'Slim Fast' without the Carbs.) I notice one in the products area, and I saw low carb bagles. Thoughts, cautions, hidden carbs? I still can't seem to find them.

Default read on....

It's worth the time.

The supershort answer is that most shakes don't have hidden carbs and most bars do.

I recommend you read more posts, have a shake for breakfast, boil eggs and wash celery for lunch (grab a small container of spreadable plain cream cheese, too) and occasionally go for a burger, tossing the bun and using the plastic knife & fork. How easy is that?
