You might be interested to read Sandra Cabot's information page re: Fatty Liver. She promotes eating lean meats, good fats and oils, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. She advises you to eliminate ALL sugar and processed, refined carbs, dairy products, cheese etc, processed fats and transfats. She does not advocate low-fat, but she does state "you should oil, not grease, your body".
