Default In Induction, and not sure I am eating enough fat

My diet on induction has been, to a great extent, leaner type meats and fish as well as my salad veggies. I don't have an exact fat/protein/carb ratio right now, but I am wondering if I get enough fat for induction.

Typical day would be-

Salmon and cream cheese for breakfast

Salad greens with olives, feta cheese, chicken/roast beef/turkey on top with a no carb Italian Dressing (some of Newman's Own dressings are low or no carb) and a cheese stick or two

Later afternoon snack, usually an Atkin's advantage bar.

Dinner would generally be fish or turkey with salad greens.

Going on that basic list, am I getting enough fat in my diet? How would I add fat to my diet? More beef or pork? Heavier use of olive oil? Enjoy a nice tube of lard while watching TV??

I am afraid I may well be doing low fat/high protein/low carb at the moment.
