Unhappy HELP!-The skin on my face feels SO sore and burnt

Can anyone help me? All of a sudden the skin on my face feels SO sore and when I try to Cleanse it etc as usual with the same products as before, it feels like it's burning and very sore. Has anyone got any ideas why this should happen. I have just had a horrendous T.O.M which might have something to do with it but this is worrying me as well as being so sore.

Does it feel like a sunburn?

Twinkles10 had that symptom a few weeks ago ... as far as I know, however, she never knew what it was from.

Hope it gets better soon, whatever it is!!

Has it been chilly? Windy? Sounds like your face it chapped. Lay off any cleansers and just use warm water to clean your face. Pat, don't rub it dry. Find a good hypoallergenic moisturizer and see if it helps. If it persists for more than 2 or 3 days go see your doctor.

Have you started any new meds or supplements lately? If it continues, I would check with a doctor!
