Angry Dealing with anger

Is anyone else out there dealingwith anger (hence stress)? I feel so angry when I think of all the delicious food I have not eaten .
Every day a salad for lunch topped with chicken, or if I can stand it tuna (ugh). A little more variety in the evening, but that is when I feel the most anger. Watching my husband last night at dinner eat an entire baked potato, loaded, then a whole hot loaf of bread slathered with butter. I had celery sticks dipped in a little ranch dressing, a few carrot sticks , a salad, steamed broccli and 1/3 of his 8 oz. filet. I could barely speak to him the rest of the evening, and locked myself in the bedroom with a book.

If I were loosing weight, it might offset the anger, however the inital 2 pounds I lost in the first month have come back. then between Sunday a.m. and Tuesday p.m. I managed to gain FIVE POUNDS. Yep, sounds impossible, doesn't it? I am post menopausal, it is not TOM!

I have been successful before on PP, and cannot imagine how it has failed me this time. I look at other people and think "They can eat a SANDWICH" and I want to scream.

Have others of you felt this way, how have you dealt with it, and have you had similar disappointing results?
