Default Pria "low carb" bars and Genisoy low carb crunch

These things mess with my blood sugar and stall me out....I realized this just now after eating them this weekend. I ate one today for breakfast and now I am on a sugar rage (which I am squelching with egg salad and green tea with LOTS of cream).

HOWEVER

The Genisoy brand's Low Carb Crunch bars, I have no problem with. I also like the Atkins Morning Start Apple Crunch things. YUMM.

I meant the Pira bars mess with the blood sugar, NOT Genisoy.

They are rather tasty, but they have so much malitol and other junk that they scared me away. Now I don't even buy them. I do have a weakness for LC Ice Cream...main ingriedient is Polydextrose. I want to find an all natural one, but not sure where to even start! I just got Keto Butter Pecan last nite...YUMMY
