Default TKD newbie

Hi everyone, after reading all these posts (for about a year now) I decided to join, all I have to say is you are all remarkable people for taking this step in life, doing something about it. I started a strict TKD diet Monday (3 days ago) at 205, Tuesday at 200lbs, I'm looking forward to weighing myself after work today (I know its all water). I went to the gym yesterday without eating 50g carb because I had energy, I will only eat 50g of carbs pre-workout, no carbs non-training days. before I go any further into the diet I was hoping someone can help me out by looking at my calorie intake to see if I calculated it right:

200lbs x 12 = 2400
Daily intake
Protein : 160g /640 cals
Carbs : 10g / 40 cals
Fat : 191g / 1720 cals

(Meals 1-6)
Daily intake (SKD days)
Per Meal : 400 cals
Protein : 27g
Carbs : 2g
Fat : 32g

For some reason I can't get the calculations for my training days, If someone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

...would eating smarties as a pre-workout be good, if so, how much?

Ok firstly im no expert on TKD and i dont know the intensity of your workouts so I can't really comment on your carb grams.

I stick to around 40grams on non training days and im gonna go upto 00grams on trianing days but anyway i think smarties might not be best as they probably have too high a fat content. I think the idea here is to have good quality protein and high glycemic carbs minus the fat. From research i've done it seems you can have a good postworkout shake with hi gi carbs (dextrose/glucose) with whey protein with BCAAs.
