Default How low can you go??

Can you go less than 20 carbs on induction? Are there any negative effects from this? Or would it cause you to speed up weight loss?

Atkins says in DANDR that there was no advantage to staying below 20 carbs for most people (The exception being those with extreme metabolic resistance, who need to fat fast to get started). At that level you might not be eating enough veggies, so you may have some constipation issues.

Some days I'm down to 11--other days up to 30. It all seems to even out and doesn't make much difference.

I find you gotta experiment and see what works best for you.

I can't go over 35 or I stall. If I stay below 15 WHOOOOSSSHHHH! In between I lose at a good rate.

It's up to you.

Good luck!

This is a good question. I am losing very slowly so I am tweeking my diet to stay around 10-12 carbs for a few days, see if that works, if not then I will try the other way, the full twenty or maybe 25. From what I have read in these posts you have to tweek it till it works for you
