Hi, Tami hope this help you out.

This are my must have items for snacking on and quick cooking.

1. Porkrinds, from Walmart ohh so yummy and can be used for breading and frying

2.Cheese,Cheese,Cheese any kind of hard Cheese for ex. Munster and Mozzarella good for snacking and to add as toppings remember 1oz = 1 carb Kraft's singles cheese on sandwiches or nook them in the micro for a minute and you have cheese puffs. Yummy

3. Low carb bread Natures Own any store has them for less than $3, 5 carbs a slice

4. Boneless chicken breast individually frozen, just get one season with your favorite seasoned salt fry in olive oil or butter and toss with some salad or eat it with some vegetables as a main dish.

5. Meat, my fave ground beef,( oh so many recipes to do with this one) steaks, steak cubes, pork etc.

6. Low carb vegetables (my favorite is the oh so versatile cauliflower, grind it and cook with olive oil or butter add your fave seasonings I like soy sauce to give it a fried rice taste, over cook it mash it add butter and you have mock mash patatoes again over cook it let it cook and add small pieces with a hard boil egg cut in squares some celery cut in pieces add mayonnaise a little mustard some salt and pepper and taaadaa you have mock patatoe salad..

7. Olive oil, butter

8. Spam, bacon, and ham,
For your Spam, cut onions and mushrooms I like peppers and half a tomatoes fry in some butter with cut up Spam and top with cheese (ohh this is so good)
for ham use it as tortillas put cheese in the middle of two slices and fry wallla you have mock quesadillas.

Hope this helps you out and gives you some ideas

good luck on you low carb journey.

I have some really good and easy ground beef recipe's for whomever wants them just write back

Hi, Tami!

It's hard to give a shopping list because everyone's likes are different. These are my basics: steak, pork chops, chicken breasts, eggs, bacon, sausage, cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, iceberg lettuce, romaine, green pepper, cucumber, celery, radishes, Ranch dressing, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, and green beans. Oh, also canned tuna and chicken.

Sometimes I make a clam dip with canned clams, cream cheese, onion powder, and worchestershire. Eat it with celery.

Stay away from the low carb bread. It's not allowed on induction.

Just take the induction food list to the store and buy what you like to eat.

BTW, I have a friend named Tammy Orr.
