how to eat complete JUNK and stay low carb
Ok, yesterday I kept my effective carbs under 30, but ate complete junk!
check this out....
breakfast Atkins shake 2gm effective carbs
lunch on the run , 2 pieces of string cheese and small bar 3gm effective carbs
snack: blue bunny SF ice cream bar. I believe 6gm effective carbs
dinner: (have not been shopping for food), keto soy chips and slim jims (5gm ec)
dessert.. a le-carb .. 3gm ec.
so I had 2 ice cream type things, one shake, one bar, and chips, along
with cheese. complete junk!!! I am not happy with myself, but it was one
of those days that included running around and PMS.
BEfore low carbing, I would have had a junk eating day that would have
included real ice cream and french fries! that would have moved the
scales up. so I had a junk day, but it was low carbs. Today I ate eggs
and turkey sausage for breakfast and lunch will be a salad.
